Julie Parker

Senior Customer Success Manager

The formal stuff: Julie joined Leap Media Solutions in October, 2016 as Client Solutions Manager, and was promoted to Senior Client Solutions Manager in March, 2019. Julie is responsible for managing client relationships, internal workflow and client project timelines/budgets. She works closely with the LEAP Agency Services team to ensure client marketing campaigns execute effectively to drive audience growth and engagement, and that all key deliverables meet client needs and expectations.

From 2014 until she joined LEAP, Julie was the Consumer Sales Manager at The News & Observer (Raleigh, NC) where she was responsible for growing print and digital audiences. In her role, she developed and implemented campaigns for new subscriber acquisition and brand marketing; managed multiple sales channels including Kiosk, Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Single Copy Inserts, Website, and Email, and managed vendor relationships and contract negotiations for sales initiatives. Prior to that, she managed The News & Observer's subscriber rewards program, N&O ZONE, for seven years.

The fun stuff: A west coast native, Julie graduated from the University of California-Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Communication Studies. In addition to being a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan and avid sports talk radio listener, she is passionate about animal welfare, arts and culture and volunteers with Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue.
